Shuffle me Ipod

So I saw someone do this on their blog awhile back & really liked the idea. & since it sort of goes along with my last post, I though it was quit appropriate. So I am going to go to my songs on my ipod, & simply push..shuffle. Each song MOST LIKELY will have a memory behind it. Either a person or just a certain event. I'm excited :) Here we go.

1.EFY-Stand in the light: haha Jake! I was absolutely in love with this kid Jake at my first year of EFY in Provo. I still remember he escorted me 4 times that week & every time he escorted me, oh his muscles.. they were nice. & he was hot. Did he ask for my number at the end of the week? Nay. He did not because I still looked like hagrid at that age. But he was a good memory.

2. Usher-Make love in the club: Holy crap. Danielle Whittle. We went on a cruise our senior year & I swear on my life, every time we turned the music channel on in our room, this song came on. I didn't like this music at the time so I HATED it so much.

3.Across the Universe: Let it be: Sarah Passey. When this first movie came out, we saw the previews for it & loved it. We were so into that "style" so we were stoked to see it. Both our parents told us that we shouldn't see it because the whole movie is pretty much based around drugs & sex..But we rebeled & saw it anyway & ended up leaving early because we HATED it. I ended up watchign the whole movie later, & fell in love with it & is now in my top 5.

4.Weezer-Island in the Sun: Summer. I'm not sure which one though. With Wes. I hung out with Wes a lot that summer & we listened to Weezer a lot. As simple as that.

5. Chicago-Sufjan Stevens: Austin Dixon & Jesse Buck. Austin introduced Sufjan to me & I LOVED him. Still do, he is an amazing amazing man. & not gay. Anyway, Jesse was convinced that he introduced Sufjan to me & Austin as well..(he really didn't but we'll let him believe he did)

6.Josh Turner- Your man: haha! Courtney. I used to get in bed with her in the morning to wake her up & I would just get really close to her ear & start singing. "let me be your man" in the deepest voice possible. Love it!

7.Jay Sean- Down: Two things. First, Emily. Because when she came down to visit, I was obsessed with this song & she had never heard it before. So therefor, I put it on a lot :) She eventually started to really like it. Second, Danielle & Jordan because when Jordan first moved her, we were like the 3 musketeers & we used to blast this song & dance to it at work while everyone watched us.

8.Lady Gaga- Paparazzi: Frankie Wolfe. We were watching music videos one day & at the beginning of this video, Lady gaga is in bed with some fool & she turns to him & says, "Puss Puss" which we assume means kiss kiss. So every time we'd want a kiss from each other, we'd say Puss Puss.

9.Red Jumpsuit Apparatus- Your guardian Angel: Devon. When he passed away someone dedicated this song to him. Ive heard this song many times before, but never had a meaning til Devon passed. Now it has a completely different meaning.

10.Sheryl Crow- Good is good: Greg Roberts. We were all at Chilis recently actually & this song came on & I wanted to know the title & artist. He has one of those phones that can record the song & tell you what it is by holding the phone up to it. So I got excited & made him go find a speaker. The closest one was the table over & on the ceiling so he struggled to climb on the chairs & table to hold it as close to the speakers as he could! haha good times.

So that was fun. & I only had to skip one song! I skipped one song because it meant absolutely nothing to me. Someone randomly put it on my ipod & it sucks. So yea, there we go.
